CONGREGATIONAL UPDATES
Search Committee Update
The Search Committee wants to hear from you. A congregational survey is due today, Good Friday. Here is the link if you would like to complete the survey. Thank you for your feedback and participation.
Sanctuary Committee Update
The Sanctuary Committee’s recommendation was to hire Z+ Architects from Allendale. Consistory had asked for 3 references and the references were obtained. This past week Consistory gave approval of the references and we are hiring Z+ Architects for our renovation. Please read the references below.
Christ Community Church in Waldwick. “They are excellent architects that know how to do exactly what you need. I highly recommend them…Amazing job. Would used them over and over again…They listen and do exactly what is asked of them. Immediate response and quick to adopt changes.” Pastor Ray Muniz
The United Methodist Church of Summit. “We are working with Z+ Architects at the moment, however, we have not broken ground on our project. We are still in the design phase...Thus far, they have been excellent to work with.” Rev. Laura Steele
West Side Presbyterian Church in Ridgewood. “I can't recommend them enough. Responsive, talented, reasonably priced, emotionally intelligent, hard working…I've also checked with the point person for the project and he said they are excellent.” Rev. Marc Oehler
There will come a time when the congregation will be invited to review and discuss our hopes and plans for the sanctuary.
